I cannot register !

 

You may have already registered. In that case, click on the sentence "find your Login ID and password again" and your identifiers will be emailed to you. If you register for the first time please fill in all spaces of the New User information sheet and validate your registration.

 

I cannot remember my Login ID and password

 

When on the "My Account" page please click on the key symbol that indicates that you have already registered and the sentence "Find your Login ID and password again". Your Login ID and password will immediately be sent on your email address. Maybe you have already resgitered. In that case, click on the sentence "Find your Login ID and password again" and your codes will be emailed to you. If it is your first registration, fill in all fields of the information sheet.

 

How often is the website updated with a new line ?

 

Novelties are released each month on our website. Red stickers will indicate new items.

 

When will I receive my order ?

 

Deliveries to the US occur within 2-3 business days via FEDEX (independent of customs clearance delay).

 

How can I follow up my shipment ?

 

When your shipment is being launched you receive an email with your FedEx tracking number to follow up shipment. You can connect anytime on your Profile to find out where your package is.

 

I have an item that is either defective or does not fit. What is the procedure?

 

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a simple refund/exchange process provided that you return the garment(s) to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please fill in the 'Retuns Packing Slip' that you received with your order. Send via FedEx or any other company that will insure your return package to the following address :

Refund or Exchange

 

You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange in instances where:

(1) the garment is of the wrong size and your chosen size is unavailable;
(2) you do not like the garment;
(3) the garment is damaged or defective in any way; or
(4) you have been sent an incorrect item.

In all instances, refunds are credited back to the credit card you used when purchasing the garment.

*Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, in accordance with the exchange conditions above, you will not be charged shipping on the replacement garment in the correct size. All replacement items are shipped via FedEx® standard five-day delivery.

 

Shipping returned garments

 

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning any items to Les Mills. For your protection, we recommend you use insured parcel post for your return and keep the return tracking number to ensure that the package is safely returned to our warehouse.

You will have a 15 days returns period. Your refund or exchange request will be handled within 8 business days once your return package is received.

 

Will I get a discount for bulk orders ?

 

You will be granted special prices for bulk orders as follows :

- 20% from 25 items (except discounted items & accessories)
- 25% from 50 items (except discounted items & accessories)
- 30% from 100 items (except discounted items & accessories)
